Registration

1. We provide both offline and online registration options at no cost.

2. For registration just have to fill a Google Form.

1. To get a tutor, you just need to share the following details: class, school, board, preference of teacher, location, etc.

(NOTE - We do not charge any money for joining our institute as registration charge, These services are completely free for every one)

How to get Tutor

Demo

1. There will be 1-2 days free demo for every class ( More than 2 days are chargeable, and the amount will be provided to teacher directly).

Fees

1. Fees are collected at the start of the month to keep both teacher and parents assured.

2. We do not charge any extra amount rather than regular monthly fees.

3. Always pay fees to Excellence Home Tuition or someone directed by us; otherwise, we are not liable for any concerns.

4. Both ONLINE ( UPI or Bank transfer) or OFFLINE ( Cash) modes are available for fees payment.

Leaves and holidays

1. There will be 6 or 3 days of classes per week, and Sunday will be off.

2. Leave should be informed to the teacher at least 3 hours prior to the regular class timing.

3. If classes are off for 3 days or more than 3 days by Parent's side, then in this case the teacher can cover up to 50% of the classes, not more than that.

4. Any 1-2 days Leaves from the parent's side are not coverable always but occasionally.[Note: in the above 2 clauses, gaps should be in continuity.]

5. There will be no classes on national holidays such as Republic Day, Independence Day, and significant festivals like Holi, Diwali, Ananta Chaturdashi, Dusserha, etc.

Fees Refund

For Parents

We assure parents that fees will be refunded if they meet the following conditions:

1. Parents should inform the institute at least 1 week before dropping the class; otherwise, charges are applicable.

2. If the parents change the teacher in the middle of the month, then the new teacher should be given the chance by the parents to start the classes within 7 days of their demo; otherwise, the date will be counted from the day of the demo.

3. We provide 100% money back if not a single class is held.

4. In crash courses fees are not refundable.

2. To register online, send your following documents on our Official WhatsApp Account:

• I'd proof and address (eg. Adhaar card).

• 10th and 12th Grade Marksheet.

• Updated Resume.

1. Make sure to save our number because we post inquiries on WhatsApp status.

2. Teachers just have to respond "interested" on our WhatsApp status as per their location.

(NOTE - We do not charge any money for joining our institute or getting inquiries, These services are completely free for every one)

How to get Classes

Demo

1. There will be 1-2 days free demo for every class ( More than 2 days are chargeable, and the amount will be provided to teacher directly).

Fees

1. Fees will be provided at the end of the month (though fees are collected at the start of the month to keep both teacher and parents assured).

2. 80% of the fees will be provided to the teacher every month ( We charge 20% as service fees and operating costs to keep functioning sustainably).

3. Always Fees are provided to the Teacher by Excellence Home Tuition.

4. Both ONLINE ( UPI or Bank transfer) or OFFLINE ( Cash) modes are available for fees payment to Teacher.

Leaves and holidays

1. Any leaves taken from the teacher's side other than Sunday's and major festival is chargeable ( or teacher can cover the left-over classes on Sundays with prior permission from student's parents).

2. Leave should be informed to parents at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled timing of regular class timings.

3. Any leaves taken from the parent's side are coverable occasionally.

4. The teacher should inform both the Institute (Excellence Home Tuition) and Student's Parents before taking leave for more than one day.

   ( Always avoid taking leaves as much as possible )

Timing and Duration

1. The Teacher should reach the class on time on a regular basis to maintain professionalism.

2. The class duration should not be less than the discussed time otherwise, it is chargeable.

Class Test

1. Class test should be conducted after every single chapter completion to keep track of the performance of student, and the result should be communicated to both Parents and the Institute.

Fees Refund

We always respect our teachers's hard work; therefore, we'll always give your hard-earned money back.

1. If the class gets discontinued due to any reason, then the fees for the legitimately completed classes will only be provided to the teacher. (The remaining amount will be returned to the parents.) For example, if the teacher has taught the student for 5 days, then the fees for only 5 days will be provided (not for the whole month).

2. If classes are off for more than 3 days by Parent's side, then in this case the teacher can cover up to 50% of the classes, not more than that.

3. Any 1-2 days Leaves from the parent's side are not coverable always but occasionally.

4. To prevent the discontinuation of classes always invest your time rightfully in teaching students, giving attention, solving their doubts and most important boosting their Self confidence and Motivation.

5. Kindly always maintain professionalism while teaching. If we receive any complaint about teacher's unprofessional behavior while teaching, then the teacher will not be considered for further opportunity.

6. The teacher should inform the institute at least 1 week before dropping the class; otherwise, charges are applicable.
