Terms and Conditions

1) Registration

1. We provide both offline and online registration options at no cost.

2. For registration just have to fill a Google Form.

1. Excellence Home Tuition provides professional home and online tutoring services across all subjects and classes.

2. To get a tutor, you just need to share the following details: class, school, board, preference of teacher, location, etc.

(NOTE - We do not charge any money for joining our institute as registration charge, These services are completely free for every one)

1. There will be 1-2 days free demo for every class ( More than 2 days are chargeable, and the amount will be provided to teacher directly).

5) Fees

1. Fees are collected at the start of the month to keep both teacher and parents assured.

2. The receipt can be provided in digital format (PDF/WhatsApp/email) or printed copy upon request.

3. Parents should retain the receipt as proof of payment for future reference.

4. Always pay fees to Excellence Home Tuition or someone directed by us; otherwise, we are not liable for any concerns.

5. Both ONLINE ( UPI or Bank transfer) or OFFLINE ( Cash) modes are available for fees payment.

6) Leaves and holidays

1. There will be 6 or 3 days of classes per week, and Sunday will be off.

2. Leave should be informed to the teacher at least 3 hours prior to the regular class timing.

3. Missed classes due to the student’s absence without prior notice will be counted as completed and will not be compensated.

4. If classes are off for 3 days or more than 3 days by Parent's side, then in this case the teacher can cover up to 50% of the classes, not more than that.

5. Any 1-2 days Leaves from the parent's side are not coverable always but occasionally.[Note: in the above 2 clauses, gaps should be in continuity.]

6. There will be no classes on national holidays such as Republic Day, Independence Day, and significant festivals like Holi, Diwali, Dusserha, etc. To know more, kindly check our official holiday list provided below.

7. We request all teachers and parents to maintain clear communication with the institute for smooth academic progress of students.

8. If a teacher takes leave or misses classes (other than the officially declared holidays), they are required to complete all pending classes in coordination with the parents.

9. In case completing classes within the scheduled time is not possible, the due date of tuition can be extended with mutual agreement between the institute, parents, and the teacher.

7) Fees Refund

For Parents

We assure parents that fees will be refunded if they meet the following conditions:

1. Parents should inform the institute at least 1 week before dropping the class; otherwise, charges are applicable.

2. If the parents change the teacher in the middle of the month, then the new teacher should be given the chance by the parents to start the classes within 7 days of their demo; otherwise, the date will be counted from the day of the demo.

3. We provide 100% money back if not a single class is held.

4. However, if classes are discontinued mid-session, fees will be refunded only for the remaining unattended days after proper calculation.

5. No refund will be provided for classes already completed or for student absenteeism without prior notice.

6. In crash courses fees are not refundable.

12) Privacy and Data Use

1. At least one parent must be present in your house during the tuition classes.

2. Excellence Home Tuition acts as a bridge between tutors and students. We are not liable if anything is stolen or any misdeed done by the tutor. You must observe the tutor during the tuition time.

3. The institute acts only as a facilitator between teachers and parents/students. We ensure proper verification and coordination, but the ultimate responsibility of discipline, performance, and class environment lies jointly with the teacher and the parent.

4. Excellence Home Tuition will not be held liable for any personal disputes, misconduct, or issues arising directly between the teacher and student/parent outside the scope of scheduled classes.

5. Teachers are independent professionals, not employees of the institute. Therefore, any liability arising from their actions beyond academic teaching is solely their responsibility.

6. The institute’s responsibility is limited to arranging qualified tutors, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with agreed policies.

1. All student and parent details will be kept confidential and used only for service purposes. We do not share your data with third parties.

1. By enrolling in our tuition services, parents agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. Excellence Home Tuition reserves the right to update or revise these terms when needed.

9) Code of Conduct

1. Parents and students are expected to behave respectfully with the tutor and staff.

2. Raise concerns or suggestions directly with the institute, not during class hours.

3. Ensure your child is ready and available for classes on time.

4. Provide a quiet and distraction-free environment for tuition.

5. Pay fees on time as per the agreed schedule.

6. Do not directly negotiate terms or payments with tutors.

7. All concerns regarding classes should be addressed through the institute.

4) Background Checks on Tutors

1. We conduct background checks on tutors in accordance with local regulations to ensure the safety and security of students. However, parents/guardians are encouraged to perform additional verification if necessary.

10) Feedback and Reviews

1. Parents are encouraged to provide regular feedback on the performance, punctuality, teaching methods, and overall behavior of the assigned tutor.

2. Feedback can be shared via phone, email, or written form with Excellence Home Tuition.

3. Constructive feedback helps us monitor the quality of teaching and ensure that students receive the best learning experience.

4. If a parent raises any concern regarding a teacher’s performance, the institute will take immediate action, which may include guidance, reassignment, or replacement of the tutor if necessary.

5. All feedback will be kept confidential and used only to improve the quality of education provided.

1. By accepting our policy Parents and Students agree not to engage with tutors privately outside of the platform. This ensures that all engagements remain secure and transparent. Failure to comply with is may result in suspension from the platform.
